Who we are
Scaling Up Designs is the work of Leslie Scales - a passionate architectural designer with over eight years of professional experience on residential, public housing, commercial, higher education, and hospitality projects. Leslie received her Master of Architecture at Texas A&M University and her BoS Architecture at Texas Tech University. Leslie’s design explorations include sketching, photography, and digital modeling.
She has worked with teams of all sizes in multiple countries, and is imaginative yet logical. She strives to design to the unique site location, client’s design style, authentic materials, and with an open mind for collaboration.
